Flat and profiled kiln sticks are used to dry green lumber. Choose from a variety of lengths of these sticks available from Cove Stake & Wood Products. These kiln sticks are custom cut and designed for your specific needs.

Profiled Kiln sticks are hollowed out and groove-cut for better airflow that will decrease your drying time. These bow-tie-shaped sticks are milled out and reduce any "sticker shadow." Flat kilns are available in any thickness and cut to your specifications.

Using the latest equipment, we can make your kiln sticks to suit your exact needs. Flat sticks can be as thin as 3/8" while profiled sticks can be made as thin as 3/4".
